A major milestone for HVLC is the construction of our new vocational school in Luwero District. This initiative represents more than just buildings—it represents opportunity, hope, and transformation for young people across Uganda.

The facility will feature modern classrooms, fully equipped workshops, administrative offices, and essential amenities that foster hands-on, practical learning. Training will cover disciplines such as engineering, agribusiness, carpentry, fashion and garment design, and leather artistry.

Designed as a hub of innovation and skills development for youth, the Luwero centre will empower learners to meet industry needs while also fostering entrepreneurship.
